Registration has closed, but ...

Late registration reopens on Oct.13. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late banquet tickets.

Note: there will be no facilities to do registration at the conference venue so make sure you complete your registration before arriving. For late registration, please bring proof of registration to the registration desk.

  • Important: everybody must use the above link to register. Specific instructions for e.g. TSAAPT workshops can be found below.
  • The APS Registrar's mailbox for registration questions is registrar@aps.org
  • If you do not see the correct student pricing for online registration, please follow these steps before completing your registration
    • Update your account information here.
    • Once you've updated your account, you can register again at the correct student rate. Please note: If you have previously tried to register and the rate was not correct, please make sure you delete the items in your cart before attempting to register again.
    • If you are a third-party registering on behalf of someone else, please email the APS Registrar before attempting to register them.
  • Undergraduate students will need to join APS to obtain the registration rate posted on this page. There is a one-year first time free membership for all undergraduate and graduate students
  • Students can apply for travel awards. Look for the forms on this website and make sure that your supervisor follows up with their form
  • AAPT Workshop registration can be done by going to the TS AAPT website. Alternatively, workshop abstract information can be found in this PDF document and workshop registration information can be found at this link.
